Yörsan products are known with their high quality all around Turkey and anywhere it is exported in the world. Yörsan quality is now offered to the consumers with new packages and weights.
 
Yörsan Yayık Ayran (Traditional)

Available in 200 and 300 ml packs, Yörsan Yayık Ayran does not include any additives. With high nutrient values, it has a unique aroma and taste. In addition to being easily digested, it has includes useful unsaturated fat acids of choline and lecithin. Lecithin is a fat acid needed by the cells and makes up the basic element of the brain.

Yörsan Strained Yogurt
with Chilies and Dills


Available in 500 gr and 1000 gr polystyrene packs. The traditional strained yogurt is enchaned with the addition of fresh dills and chilies. As one of the indispensable elements of breakfast tables, strained yogurt can also be used as a salad dressing. Rich in calcium, this product has also a high level of vitamin C due to the chilies it contains. Furthermore, the appetizer and cleanser qualities of the chilies is a known fact.
Yörsan Cream Cow Cheese

Obtained from pasteurized full fat cow milk, this product has no additives, is spreadable and has the taste of white cheese suitable for breakfast tables. 100 gr cream milk cheese will meet the 76% of daily calcium need and 62,5% of the daily phosphorus need. This product is available in 250 gr plastic bowls.

Yörsan Cream Sheep Cheese

Obtained from pasteurized full fat sheep milk, this product has no additives, is spreadable and has the taste of white cheese suitable for breakfast tables. 100 g cream sheep meets the 80,6% of the daily calcium need and 53.7% of the daily phosphorus need. Rich in protein and vitamin B2, the sheep cheese is available in 250 gr plastic bowl.

Yörsan Full-fat, village-type cheese
with herbs


Village type cheese with herbs is a product made of pasteurized cow milk and has the taste of traditional village cheese. It includes sirmo which is known as the wild garlic. The sirmo herb has a unique taste and is known as a anti-microbial plant. It gives the cheese a traditional taste and high nutritional values. It contains less salt than Valt herb cheese. 100 gr village type cheese with herbs meets the 96% of daily calcium needs. It is available in 500 gr can pack.
Yörsan Mozzarella Cheese in Water

Fresh cheese with a few amount of salt and made of 100% pure and natural pasteurized cow milk. It has a smooth surface and mostly eaten with pasta and salads. It is also used as a pizza topping because it melts and elongates more than yellow sheep cheese. Mozzarella reduces the  risk of tooth cavities. It is available in 125 gr PVC bowls as plain, with thyme and red chilies.


Yörsan Ayran 2 Lt.

Ayran is known as the traditional drink of the Turks. As a light and filling drink, it can be consumed every season. Rich in protein and calcium it also includes minimum 1,5% milk fat. Also, it is known to help replace the lost liquid in our bodies.
Yörsan White cheese with olives

Cheese and green olives filled with chilies, as the most indispensable elements of a good breakfast table, now teams up with the Yörsan circular white cheese. As known, white cheese as a rich source of calcium and phosphor, is now even more stronger with the olive which prevents the loss of calcium. It is available in 250 g circular pack.

Yörsan Creme

Available in 100 g ABS packs. ABS is one of the most ideal packs for food. The crème has less fat content than butter and includes 60% milk fat. With its peculiar aroma and taste, the crème includes vitamin A, D, E and K and therefore is very important in a healthy diet. It can be consumed with honey and jams in the breakfast and can be used with deserts like kadayıf to produce different tastes and service alternatives.
