The best advertisement is made by a satisfied customer

Why are we prompt to express our complaints and why are so stingy in our compliments? Researches point this way, too. While complaint is more often expresses, people seem to be mush less prone to express satisfaction. In order to increase this rate by an exception, let us quote an experience of our reader Semih Aydın, about a cheese he had bought from Yorsan’s Susurluk Sales Factory. The cheese is bought from Susurluk and two days later the box is opened in Istanbul. However, when they encounter a different taste from the one they are used to, they give uup eating the cheese and send a complaint message over the Internet to Yorsan. The date is 29 May 2006. The next day a reply is received. The home Addresss is requested and on 1 June 2006 the spoilt cheese is replaced with a new cheese. For years we have been stopping by in Susurluk on our way south. Therefore I was able to observe the change in the organization. Nowadays we are witnessing a local trademark ascending to the national category. Since a long time I have been seeing products in Yorsan packing. However, consumers like me still are not permanent customers of Yorsan, which they still see as a pull-up resting place. In order to pass more quickly the perception change, the company should not cease its communication works.
