TS ISO EN 22000 Food Security Management System Certificate
This is a food security system that by performing hazard analyses at every stage and every point of the food chain, starting from supply of raw material in a food chain, food preparation, processing, production, packing, storing, and transport, identifies and monitors critical points, prevents any problems before being formed, ensuring production of reliable food that complies with certain norm.
TS EN ISO 14001 Environment Management System
The environment management system is known all over the world by ISO 14001 and it has quickly spread and practiced among international institutions after the ISO 9000 Quality Management System Standards.
The TS EN ISO 14001 standard has been revised in 2005. Yörsan is one of the leading companies to have been awarded the TS EN ISO 14001 certificate.
In pursuance of our environmental policy and our purposes, never forgetting that the environment is our inheritance from our grandchildren, provided that we check the impact of our activities and products on the environment, we continue our production with an environment awareness. By applying the Environment Management System, national and international laws are being fulfilled, we are always prepared for cases of emergency (earthquakes, fire, floods, etc.) and against accidents and are preventing accidents from happening, we take under control and diminish the environment pollution starting from its source.
TS EN ISO 17025 Laboratory Proficiency Certificate
In 2004 our Qality Assurance Laboratory was awarded a TS EN ISO/IEC 17025 Laboratory Proficiency Certificate. Yörsan is the first company in the diary sector to have a Laboratory Proficiency Certificate and in the food sector is the first obtaining leading company. By fulfilling all the requirements of the TS EN ISO/IEC 17025 Laboratory Proficiency Certificate, it is a certificate which proves that a management system is being applies in our Qality Assurance Laboratory, that it is technically sufficient and that the valid technical results have been obtained. This certificate is a reassurance that quality has been provided at each stage of the production.
CENTCOM Certificate
In 2004 a "Centcom Certificate" has been obtained, which is a proficiency certificate for supplying diary products to the USA Army, which documents that we are a food business that is approved with regards to Hygiene and Sanitation. Our company is currently still a supplier of the USA army.
