PRODUCTION PRINCIPLES OF YÖRSAN

 

By offering quality and tasty products, produced in healthy and hygienic conditions, Yörsan aims at preventing the production of cheese, which has an important place in our nutrition, in primitive and non-hygienic conditions.

 

• The product range of Yörsan consists of %100 natural products  and additives arein no way used in its production. 

 

• All the diary products of Yörsan are being produced with a pasteurized milk.

 

• Yörsan has the property of being the one with the widest product range and with the widest market share  among the cheese producers in Turkey.

 

• Yörsan’s factory in Susurluk is the largest diary integrated plant of the Middle East and the Balkans. Yörsan performs its production on 40.000 sq.m. closed area, is the largest plant of the country  and aims at  continuing its production without compromising its principles.

 

• Opening to the world with  its production at European norms and with modern technology, is one of the most important aims of Yörsan.


• Producing by employing the latest technology, with its principle of producing in hygienic conditions, Yörsan produces our regional cheeses in hygienic and modern premises, too.
