Produced from cow’s milk via UHT technique. Because it is homogenized, its fat does not accumulate on its surface. Can be stored at room temperatures until its date of expiry, provided that its packing is not opened. After its packing is opened, it should be stored in the refrigerator, and should be consumed within two days.
UHT –Ultra High Temperature – What is it?
UHT is a thermal process where microorganisms and spors that would cause spoiling during normal storing conditions, are killed by heating to minimum 135°C in 1 second, in order to produce commercially a sterilized product that can be stored at room temperatures, at appropriate time-heat combinations at high temperatures for short times, under a flow.
Yörsan UHT Milk is produced by the latest UHT technology, the INFUSION system. The infusion thermal processing is a system, installed in a limited number of businesses throughout the world, in which instead of indirect surface contact thermal processing, here the thermal processing is completed in a very short time by a direct sterile steam, after which an instant cooling process is applied. In this processing the natural color, natural taste and nutritional values of the milk are preserved.
