Butter Group

Yörsan is white in the winter and natural yellow in the summer, due to the beta carotene, giving the yellow color to the milk, which is contained in the pasture of our cows, the most productive meadows of Turkey.

Produced from pasteurized cow’s milk. Yörsan butter does not contain any color, aroma or other additives.

Should be preserved below +4°C.
